The panel of the inquest to determine firefighter Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim's cause of death today visited the areas surrounding Seafield Seri Mahariamman temple in Subang Jaya where chaos broke out last November.
The team was led by Coroner Rofiah Mohamad, inquest coordinating officer Hamdan Hamzah, as well as the legal teams for all interested parties.
