Adventure in Antarctica

Join Lonely Planet for a Hangout live from the Aurora Australis icebreaker at Casey Station in the Australian Antarctic Territory. The Hangout will be with photographer Dr Andrew Peacock (www.footloosefotography.com) and Australian Antarctic Expedition leader Chris Turney (+Intrepid Science)

Their recent rescue from the trapped Russian vessel, MV Akademik Shokalskiy, will be recounted, along with Andrew sharing some of his experiences capturing on camera the incredible landscape and wildlife of Antarctica.
