And off we go to Never Never Land thanks to our official first look at Peter Pan herself, Allison Williams! The gorgeous girls star is channeling her inner Pete just perfectly in the pic where she’s wearing the signature green costume and short wig – if I do say so myself, she makes an adorable boy, which is quite the compliment for the beautiful Girls star, who we’ll get to see showing off her acting and singing talents when Peter Pan LIVE airs on NBC on December 4th. The TV event will also star the legendary Christopher Walken as Pan’s enemy Captain Hook. Fun fact here, Allison Williams actually offered to cut her hair for the part of Peter Pan, but as you can see from these photos of her at the recent Emmys, her long hair is still intact. She explained that she’s wanted to paly Peter Pan since she was about 3 years old, and this job is really a dream come true for her. Plus, who would want to get paid to fly, am I right or what? The idea of doing live productions on TV like this one kicked off with Carrie Underwood’s Sound of Music last year and it seems like audiences are really loving it. What about you guys?
