Former Bersih chief Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan said there is no respect for rulings and judgements. She said the new government must implement the Independent Police Complaints & Misconduct Commission (IPCMC).
She said it is time to stop the deaths in custody, tortures and other abuses by the police and enforcement agencies.
