Annuar Musa has refuted a claim by Cheras MP Tan Kok Wai that 42 plots of KL City Hall (DBKL) land have been sold since the former was appointed Federal Territories Minister.
In a press conference this morning, Annuar said Tan was mistaken as the plots were owned by private landowners who had applied to DBKL to change land-use rules.
He clarified that he never once approved any applications to sell any DBKL land and is pursuing legal action against the lawmaker.
