In response to questions from numerous MPs regarding the "revealing" and "sexy" nature of attires worn by flight attendants on some airlines, Transport Minister Anthony Loke told them to look away if they are not comfortable with it.
He explained that the attire of flight attendants need to comply with standards set by the International Civil Aviation Association (ICAO) in order for them to carry out their duties during an emegency in the shortest time possible.
While some laughter resulted from Loke's quip, not all the MPs found his answer amusing. Tumpat MP Che Abdullah told Loke to be more responsible with his answers and not to run away from the question.
