Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is against Muda's reason given for their threat of withdrawing support for the coalition government over the withdrawal of cases against his deputy Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
He said it made it seem as Muda has given an ultimatum for the prosecution to proceed with their case against Zahid in order for them to support the government.
Anwar emphasised that since taking office nine months ago, never once had he intervened in the judiciary.
