PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the rule of law must apply to those in positions of power and they should be held accountable if there is abuse in power.
Anwar, who is also Port Dickson MP, said this in his keynote address at the LawAsia Constitutional and Rule of Law Conference 2019 on Friday.
