Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim today repeated his instruction to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) to be strict in collecting taxes.
In his speech during Malaysia's Tax Day 2024 celebration in Cyberjaya, Anwar said the IRB must be firm in executing its duties without fear or favour.
According to the prime minister, many 'giant' companies were still reluctant to pay their tax dues to the government.
