Apple retailer Switch cancelled their 'warehouse clearance' sale after thousands of people showed up at the MyTown Shopping Centre in Kuala Lumpur on Friday morning.
Many started queuing outside the mall since 2am on Friday go get their hands on a limited number of Apple products going for as low as RM100.
At 7am on the first day of the planned three-day event, Switch said 'due to security concerns' they decided to cease operations and their outlet in MyTown will be closed for the day.
