Are People Too Hard On Kim Kardashian?

The Kardashians are constantly at the receiving end of backlash and whether or not you think it’s warranted, Kim Kardashian in particular gets it on the regular.
Either you love her or you hate her. We’re going to take a look at some Kim targeted situations to determine whether or not people are too hard on Kim K.
The Kardashians are a large family so naturally not all of them are perfect. No doubt some members of the family have done some questionable things that were deserving of scrutiny.
Despite the decisions that her family members have made, Kim being the OG Kardashian has made her the target of a lot of backlash. Of course no one is perfect so some if it may have been warranted but other times people may go a little too far with the scrutiny.
For example, Kim has taken a beating from the internet following the announcement of her and Kanye using a surrogate for their third child. Reports have claimed that the surrogate is already pregnant and critics took no time before going in with their opinions. Many have speculated that Kim is using a surrogate to preserve her figure. And while everyone has a right to their own opinion, Kim has been very transparent and public about the fact that she was advised by doctors not to carry her third child due to the fact that she has struggled with placenta accreta which is detrimental to her health. Several other celebs have also used surrogates for various reasons including age, or gay couples who rely on methods like surrogacy to have children.
Kim K has also been mommy shamed. When Kim posted a photo of her son Saint in a car seat, people attacked her because the car seat was facing forwards instead of backwards. In California, rear facing car seats are required by law for kids until they’re at least 2 years of age and Saint was 18 months at the time. People called Kim a bad mom saying that she was endangering her child, but at the end of the day people don’t know the details of the situation. She could have turned him around when the car was parked for a photo for all we know.
Another time Kim was on the receiving end of backlash was when she didn’t tag a beauty blogger in an instagram photo. Before the release of Kim’s Crème Contour and Highlight kits, she held an exclusive launch party at her home and invited popular beauty bloggers to test out the product. Jackie Aina took several photos with Kim at the event and later posted a review of the kit on her Youtube channel which has been viewed over 1.2 million times. Most of the review was positive, but she did admit to not being a fan of the application tool.
