Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday, happy everything to all of us from Ariana Grande -- yeah, yeah I know it's May 15th, but guys it feels like a special day because Ari just gave us all the best gift, putting out a new never-before-released track. The song, which is called "Boyfriend Material," was meant to possibly be included in her first album "Yours Truly," but as we all know, it didn't end up making the cut. Here's a super quick listen:

The 20 year old singer hit twitter yesterday to post the vid, calling it a little surprise for her loves as a thank you for all for all of their constant love, support and dedication. IN her long tweet, Ariana said she knows that fans really love Boyfriend Material and she knew she had to find a way to get it to them -- did you guys know this was one of her first songs and she actually started working on it when she was 17? She added that there are more songs like this one -- oldies as she calls them -- and she's going to be putting more of them out there in the future. About Boyfriend Material, it's got a great old school almost du-wop sound and vibe that really let's Ariana's voice shine and be showcased (as it should). The lyrics talk about looking for that right guy...aka someone who is boyfriend material. The song is really cute and we're so glad Ariana put it out there -- we can't wait to hear her next song!
