Start collecting those tissues now because Patrick and Bella have officially signed on to star as leading roles in an all-new dramatic love film.
And we could only believe the dinner was a total success because the two were also spotted with the movie’s director Scott Speer. The movie, called Midnight Sun, is based on a Japanese film about Katie, a 17-year-old who suffers from a skin disease that makes her so sensitive to sunlight that even the tiniest exposure could be fatal. But of course, everything changes when she falls in love with a boy named Charlie.
Bella took to Twitter to express her excitement for the film, saying QUOTE, "Proud to announce this YA romance film with my good friend Patrick and directed by Scott Speers!"
Patrick’s proud mama, Maria Shriver, also shared the good news by saying, "Congrats to @PSchwarzenegger! So exciting. Hard work pays off."
Back in April, Patrick teased that he had “cooooool stuff coming” after being seen with Bella and Scott at another dinner, immediately causing romance rumors to spread. BUT we are happy to report that the only romance occurring will be strictly onscreen. Shooting is scheduled to start in September, which gives us all plenty of time to prepare for the waterworks.
