The 28km Bentong Bypass, which starts just after the Bentong toll at the Karak Highway, will offer road users an alternative route to access the east coast.Transport minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the improved access would turn Bentong into a satellite town and acts as an economic catalyst for the town and other areas.Liow, who is also Bentong MP said the Bypass is part of the 350km Central Spine Road project that links Bentong all the way to Kota Baru.
