A Bersatu Youth leader has questioned whether Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is actually committed to the principles of good governance.

The wing's information chief Mohd Ashraf Mustaqim Badrul Munir said Anwar had already gone against this when he took on the finance minister portfolio, which contradicted Pakatan Harapan's previous stance on the matter.

Ashraf argued that Anwar further undermined the principles of good governance in appointing his daughter Nurul Izzah as his senior adviser on economics and finance.
