Bersih 2.0 wants to establish a tribunal to investigate the seven top Election Commission (EC) members in charge of the 14th general election for electoral malpractice. Bersih 2.0 acting chairman Shahrul Aman Mohd Saari on Tuesday hopes the letter of appeal to the Prime Minister to advise the Yang di-Pertuan Agong would restore the public confidence of the impartiality of the EC.
