Blac Chyna Drops ALL Kardashian Sisters From Lawsuit, EXCEPT Kim & Here's Why

However, the same can’t be said for Kris, Kim, and Rob. A few months ago, Chyna filed a lawsuit against the KarJenner family and accused them of getting her show cancelled. Butttt it looks like Chyna has changed her tune in terms of who she’s including in her legal battle.
According to some court documents obtained by TMZ, Chyna is filing to remove Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie from her ongoing legal battle. Kim, Kris, and Rob, however, are still on the list as defendants.
Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, explained to Entertainment Tonight of the changes, saying QUOTE, “We recently filed an amended complaint to narrow the issues and parties in the case, which is about slut shaming, revenge porn, and killing Chyna’s show after she broke up with Rob. We will continue to aggressively fight for Chyna’s rights as the case proceeds.”
While Kourt, Khlo, Kenny, and Kylie are in the clear, TMZ reports that in the fine print, Chyna lists ‘Does 1-100’ as defendants and for those of us who don’t use legal lingo in our every day lives, that means that Chyna could still later add other people to the lawsuit. So in a sense, it’s entirely possible for Chyna to refile against the other KarJenners.
