Bank Negara governor Datuk Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus says foreign direct investment (FDI) has improved in the first quarter of 2019 amounting to RM21.7bil compared to RM12.9bil in the fourth quarter in 2018 driven by services and manufacturing sectors.
