In the tabling of Budget 2019 on Friday, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said the Government will continue the LRT3 project with a savings of 47% from the initial estimated cost of RM31.6bil to RM16.6bil. The MRT2 project will also continue with a savings of 22.4% from the initial estimated cost of RM39.3bil to RM30.5bil.
