Citizens Action Group on Enforced Disappearances (CAGED) spokesperson Thomas Fann today reinstated his belief that Pastor Raymond Koh's abduction was a case of "enforced disappearance", implying that the state could be directly or indirectly behind the abduction.
Thomas, along with Surarm Executive Director Sevan Doraisamy and one other spokesperson from the CAGED group have been summoned to the Bukit Aman Police headquarters for questioning tomorrow morning with regard to these allegations.
