She is always cheerful and happy while her husband Mr Lim's hands are all wrapped up in roti canai dough! Mr Lim moved to Batu Pahat with his mother from Kuala Lumpur when he was 11 , and has been at this business for almost 30 years! Mr Lim learned the art of making roti canai from his Indian friends and now does it himself just from7:30am till 11:30am ! Have patience because the queue could be long and enjoy how Mr Lim does his magic in split seconds ! Yes, he is fast and steady , but never furious! You can have a choice with or without eggs too. Whichever you prefer , you will notice that the couple really enjoys their business and takes it easy in satisfying customers. Have a go at Batu Pahat's flying roti canai!
