You know when you're sick of all the Christmassy spices, fruit and booze but you NEED a super special pudding for after your Chrimbo din dins? I mean it happens right? Well the good news is that I thought of that too!!
Recipe-
100g 70% choc
100g unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
60g caster sugar
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp cocoa
A batch of marshmallows meringue icing and FIRE!!
