Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon says skilled workers are important in ensuring Malaysia to become a developed nation. He welcomes the joint effort between Vocational Institute Tunku Abdul Rahman (VTar) and Euro Star Management, to provide scholarships to students who aspire to pursue beauty courses.
