Chrissy Teigen SURPRISES Woman & Pays Off Her Tuition

Chrissy Teigen proves she’s basically the greatest by paying for one fan’s college tuition...
In case you needed one more reason to love Chrissy Teigen, she just gave one fan the gift of a lifetime: a college education.
A woman from North Carolina named Mercedes Edney started an online fundraiser last month to raise $6,000 for esthetician school. On her YouCaring donation page, she explained that she wanted to QUOTE, "further my skin care knowledge by getting my license in esthetics", but unfortunately financial aid and scholarships weren't available to her.
Mercedes had raised almost $300 by Friday, but then Chrissy stepped up and paid off the rest of her tuition, accompanied with the caption QUOTE, "I've seen this be your passion for such a long time now. So excited to see you fulfill your dream!"
Mercedes shared her awesome story on Instagram, posting a picture of the receipt for the downpayment for her tuition, along with the caption QUOTE, “...Last night I posted my tuition fundraiser on twitter and something I never in my wildest dreams happened. My paypal alert went off, and as I looked at my phone, there was amount of $5605. @chrissyteigen donated my entire tuition money for school. I have been crying all night and I cried in the office this morning as I paid my down payment for esthetician school. I haven't been this happy in a very long time. Thank you Chrissy and thank you to everyone else who voted or retweeted my link or supported me this entire time. It means more to me than you'll ever know."
Mercedes also took to Twitter to thank Chrissy for her donation, writing, “THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!! @ChrissyTeigen I don’t even know how else to thank you right now”. Chrissy tweeted back reiterating the words she wrote on the donation page, saying, “I’m really excited for you to live out your passion” followed by a series of heart emojis.
Seriously, Chrissy Teigen just gets cooler and cooler by the day...
