Chrissy Teigen fires back at followers after being criticized on social media for going out to dinner without her newborn baby girl.
Uh, can all you trolls just crawl back into your caves and leave a girl alone.
Chrissy and John were spotted enjoying their first date night in Los Angeles over the weekend since their baby girl, Luna was born on April 14th. But some followers immediately began to criticize the new parents for going out and leaving little Luna behind.
Saying things like, “The spotlight pull be strong. One week. Who wants to leave a one-week old baby to go to a bar?” Another user added, “These so called celebrities want to show off so bad after giving birth.” Plus, they even stooped to suggesting the couple could have ordered in.
But Chrissy was NOT having it. The proud mom spoke out on Twitter writing, QUOTE: “I went to dinner. People are pissed. Good morning!” with a few screenshots of the nasty comments. She then followed up with QUOTE: “I never wanted to leave my daughter, I love her, BUT THAT’S JUST ME. The passive aggressiveness is real!”
One fan even asked how the baby was doing and Chrissy, obviously joking, responded with “I dunno I can’t find her.”
Controversy aside, a source close the the family said that Chrissy and John are loving every second as new parents and while there is plenty of sleep deprivation and diaper duty, it’s all worth it in the end. Chrissy also shared another adorable pic of her and little Luna on Instagram just two days ago so we’re glad to see that even though trolls can be mean, the fam is doing just fineBut now it’s YOUR turn!
