CNY Eve Queue @ Serdang's BBQ Pork 'Uncle Solo'

This video captures a one-man showmaster at this busy Serdang morning market on the eve of Chinese New Year. It is a tradition for the Chinese to start the new lunar year with prayers and BBQ pork is amongst the essential items required. Hence, not surprisingly the queue at such stalls actually starts at 4am in the morning! You can see in this video that many BBQ pork sellers have already set up stalls and are busy and being helped by their workers.
Then you will notice one long queue awaiting at an empty stall .Suddenly comes the stall owner on his motorbike with a load of his BBQ pork. He unloads and off he goes to fetch another load while the queue still awaits. Sometimes the queue for BBQ pork here takes an hour but his regular customers don't mind waiting. After about five rounds of fetching his BBQ pork he is ready to serve the queue. His one-man stall is simple : a aluminium table, newspapers on it , a weighing machine and a chopping board. All done by himself. He does not use a calculator, just mental calculation! He will serve while stocks last!
By 7:30 am , he is already done for the day! Once again, packing up all by himself and off he rides on his motorbike.
