Khairy Jamaluddin and Shahril Hamdan has denounced violence in the alleged arson attack on the house of Beruas MP Ngeh Koo Ham.

However, the duo maintained they did not agree with Ngeh's recent suggestion to include non-Muslim experts in the special committee to review the jurisdiction of the Syariah Court.
