DAP has proposed to hold the party's leadership re-election on Sept 10, while the Registry of Societies (ROS) want to iron out a few a details on the party.
The details that ROS need to verify include the party delegates list and the records of two DAP branches.
DAP vice-president Teresa Kok said that the party plans to hold the re-election in Shah Alam, but it is not confirmed yet as the party needs to get the green light from ROS.
