22 men, including one with a “Datuk Seri” title, pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Lumpur High Court on Thursday to a charge of being members of Penang's infamous organised criminal group 'Geng 24'. They were not allowed bail as the offence falls under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012.
