It was reported previously that Siti Aisyah claimed she had thought she was carrying out a prank on Jong-nam.
She also claimed to have been paid to play pranks on other strangers in Kuala Lumpur for a reality TV show.
In response to the defence's complaints, Deputy public prosecutor Muhamad Iskandar Ahmad argued that the pre-trial period has yet to lapse, as the case has yet to be brought to be transferred to the Shah Alam High Court, and a trial date has yet to be set.
