Six accused ordered to enter defence for Kevin Morais' murder

The Kuala Lumpur High Court today ordered former military pathologist Dr R Kunasegaran and five others, who have been charged with murdering deputy public prosecutor Anthony Kevin Morais, to enter their defence.
Justice Azman Abdullah said the prosecution has proven a prima facie case against the six.
The High Court has fixed Jan 18, 19, 25 and 26, and Feb 22 and 23 for the hearing of the defence.
