The Shah Alam Sessions Court on Wednesday ordered PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli and bank clerk Johari Mohamad to enter their defence for a case whereby Rafizi allegedly revealed confidential banking information and Johari conspired with Rafizi to do so. Judge Zamri Bakar made the decision after ruling that the prosecution had established a prima facie case against Rafizi and Johari.
