Jake Gyllenhaal shows off an impressive singing voice in new Broadway footage!

Jake Gyllenhaal is coming for you Broadway! The actor is bringing his acting AND singing chops to a new revival of Sunday in the Park With George. On Tuesday Jake shared a video on Facebook that sees him walking through the newly renovated Hudson Theater singing a tune called “Finishing the Hat”. Now without any further ado...
Jake captioned his video post, “This is what happens when Riva Marker (the bad*ss president of NineStories) and I invite #CaryJojiFukunaga to rehearsals for our new Broadway musical. Check out this video we made! #SundayintheParkWithGeorge”
The play begins previews this weekend, and officially opens February 23. And it appears this was the PERFECT way to get audiences excited! Jake has previously starred in Off Broadway musical Little Shop of Horrors back in 2015 and in Constellations the same year.
