This series graphically shows the immense scale of the rubbish and dirt the nation produces and the epic challenge involved in keeping it out of our sight. Silvo and Alex are portaloo cleaners who, every day, get up close and personal with the pungent and often surprisingly large by-products of our builders dodgy diets. In the rural tranquility of the Cotswolds, Richard and his team of extreme cleaners are called in to tackle a squalid house after a couple suffering from mental health issues move out. Meanwhile Pest Controller Jim England faces an uphill battle saving a Hackney resident from a rat infestation that has lasted 23 years.
