President of the Welfare Association of Wives of Ministers and Deputy Ministers (Bakti) Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor urges parents and teachers to never give up on disabled children, as they can be more capable when given proper guidance and support. Rosmah said this during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri aid distribution programme held at Mydin mall on Tuesday.
