The government will allocate RM5 billion for Cost of Living Aid (BSH) next year and expand the scheme to cover single individuals above the age of 40 and earning less than RM2,000 per month as well as disabled persons above the age of 18 and earning less than RM2,000.
Both groups will receive BSH of RM300 will also get insurance coverage under the MySalam scheme.
