Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Monday said the government hopes that the new Yang di-Pertuan Agong would be elected as soon as possible as he's required to seek an audience with the King on certain matters. He spoke to reporters after opening the Terengganu office of Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia in Kuala Terengganu.
