Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Thursday explained the RM450million project mentioned in a letter circulating online was already in progress and the document was a recommendation to approve cheaper implementation by the award winner.
He said this in response to an Umno leader who accused the Pakatan Harapan government of being corrupt by awarding the project directly.
