When asked on Monday if he would expediate the process for a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) to be set up to investigate judicial misconduct, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said by subjecting the entire judiciary to the inquiry, it will hamper crucial ongoing court cases, adding that the allegations of judicial misconduct contained in an explosive affidavit did not mention specific judges.
