Pakatan Harapan chairperson Dr Mahathir Mohamad wants the heads of the Registrar of Societies and Election Commission to be shamed in newspapers and social media.
He said this is to show the world that they had carried out Umno president Najib Abdul Razak's "dirty work."
"We want to advertise in papers around the world, through social media and so on, the pictures of this (ROS chief) Surayati Ibrahim, and, what's his name, the chairperson of the Election Commission (Hashim Abdullah).
"We will put an arrow to show, these are the humans doing Najib's dirty work.
