Newly-minted Election Commission chairperson Azhar Azizan Harun says the agency has affirmed Anwar Ibrahim’s candidacy for the Port Dickson by-election.
He said it was up to the court to decide on the validity of Anwar’s candidacy if any originating summons is filed to challenge the PKR president-elect's candidacy.
This comes after PAS secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan said PAS would win Port Dickson if the court disqualifies Anwar.
