Take A Seat At Georgetown Hutton Lane's Corridors!
Penang's famed Hutton Lane is lined with small shops and food stalls that have been a part of the "back-in-time" landscape here for decades. It's where you will find Ahmad Ansari's little comfort zone as he  gets ready to serve you from the wee hours of 5 am. His stall's specialty is "roti".From roti bakar (toast) done on charcoal stove, to roti canai with egg, roti bakar balut telur (toast wrapped with egg) and nasi dalca ( rice served with a choice of meat ). This has been the stall's secret recipe since 1957! However, the biggest surprise is that his customers don't sit inside a shop, rather they all have to find a seat along the Hutton Lane corridors! Don't worry, you will find a seat along his occupied "territory" with a line of  tables stretching a couple of shop away!
