Primary Industries Minister Teresa Kok said help for mental health illness should be extended to the urban poor, as they face a lot of pressure.
The Seputeh MP said this on Saturday at The Voices Festival, an event organised by Oasis Malaysia, aimed at destigmatising mental health through empathy, knowledge and work tools.
