The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry has launched a pilot project known as Family and Community Empowerment (FACE). Its minister Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim said FACE aims to collaborate with state governments and other relevant departments to identify 14 communities across the country to reduce the increasing divorce rates, teenage pregnancies and drug abuse.
