Communication and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil has denied a viral message on social media claiming that he had instructed Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) to ban any news involving three menteris besar from Perikatan Nasional-led states.

He also threatened action against those behind the slanderous message.

"This is slander. I will take action against these slanderers," he tweeted.
