联邦土地发展局起诉旺阿兹莎等公正党四人诽谤胜诉，吉隆坡高庭宣判，旺阿兹莎等人必须赔偿200万令吉给联土局和环球创投FGV。这200万令吉可说是法庭审理众多诽谤案中，赔偿数额最高的案例。
联土局所起诉的四造是旺阿兹莎、前署理主席赛胡先阿里（Syed Husin Ali）、《公正之声》编辑朱卡纳因泰益（Dzulkarnain Taib）和记者鲁斯尼占（Rusnizam Mahat）。
