Gift, animal feed or bribe? Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Othman Aziz explained in Parliament on Wednesday that the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) is a “gift” from the Government to help the poor people cope with rising cost of living. He also said the Government may increase the aid for those living in urban areas.
