Former chief justice Abdul Hamid Mohamad has claimed that Kelantan ruler Sultan Muhammad V made several mistakes as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
In a piece published on Umno Online, Abdul Hamid also listed the pardoning of PKR president Anwar Ibrahim as a mistake.
He said it was a mistake for the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to inform Dr Mahathir that he had agreed to pardon Anwar before the the Pardons Board had met.
