Abdul Manaf Kasmuri, a former ISA detainee arrested for militant activities, explains why some Muslims want to help those being oppressed in conflict zones around the world, and why some of them would be enticed to join the Islamic State (IS) group. He was one of the speakers at a press conference to highlight the dangers of Islamist extremism, held in Putrajaya on Saturday.
