Police arrested four men suspected of rear-ending a vehicle before allegedly assaulting and robbing the driver in Taman Sentosa, Klang yesterday.
South Klang District Police chief ACP Shamsul Amar Ramli said the incident occurred at about 4.30pm when a car driven by a man and his cousin was suddenly rear-ended by an early model Honda Civic occupied by four men.
The group of suspects then smashed the car window, pulled the driver out of the vehicle and hit him with a stick before driving off with one of the victim's mobile phones.
Shamsul said the results of initial urine tests found that all the suspects were positive for methamphetamine.
The suspects will be investigated under section 394/427 of the penal code.
